Describe the work that you do.
Tailored Consulting specializes in leadership and team development training, executive coaching, and workplace culture consulting. We've recently been exploring the world of HR Technology with CultureLab, our platform that helps hiring managers and job candidates have more productive conversations around culture fit in the job interview. All of our products and services drive higher retention and job satisfaction. We want people to find and keep fulfilling jobs while companies find and keep talented employees.

Leaders and leadership teams in medium to large companies in any industry.
How do you transform your audience?
I engage audiences by using storytelling to bridge the gap between conceptual principles and practical application. People don't just leave inspired to be better. They leave with some practical tools to help.

This presentation introduces leaders and teams to Strengths-Based Development principles using the CliftonStrengths assessment from Gallup. We talk about practical ways how to maximize team performance using strengths-based development principles, including answering the following questions:

- How do we use it to build a high-performing team?
- What outcomes can we expect to see from a team using Strengths-Based Development?

Leadership & Culture Building
This presentation focuses on leadership competencies that help build a culture of engagement. We cover various topics that will inspire leaders to create an environment where employees will thrive, including the following:

- An organization's culture fingerprint
- Leadership anchors to live by

Why would a booker choose you (sell yourself a bit)?
I grew up a performer, including a semi-professional singing career in college. During my business presentations, I like to make the experience interactive. I listen for moments when I say something that causes an audible response by individuals listening. When I hear those audible "ah-ha" moments, I pause and dig in with the individual who had the response while bringing the rest of the audience along. I ask lots of questions, get audience input, and we learn together. I have 10 years of experience as a trained facilitator in the corporate world and as a business owner. Being on stage is where I'm at my best.
