I own a freelance content writing business and specialize in niches including human resources and real estate. I enjoy researching topics, interviewing experts, and writing detailed articles about employee management, selling a home, and enhancing curb appeal. I have also worked on other marketing projects such as landing pages.

Who do you serve/who is your preferred audience?

I serve a diverse audience, basically anyone who needs additional information about a particular topic.

How do you transform your audience?

When I'm speaking to any audience I want to bring them into the conversation from the start. I found if they feel like they can relate to the topic they will be engaged from the beginning. Also, once they see how they can use the information in their lives, and have a path to taking action, that usually gets them to the next level of success.

Why would a booker choose you (sell yourself a bit)?

I feel like if the audience has a good time and learned something that is useful for their life, I did my job as a speaker. I always want to serve the audience first. Once the audience is taken care of, then I will benefit too. I've had so many people tell me after a speech about their experiences and how my topic helped them. That's the best compliment I can get because it means they were engaged and enjoyed the journey.
