How Does The Speaker Representation Work?

Our Partner-Representative will meet with you to confirm your assets, strategize the type of bookings sought, including paid engagements, and write your proposal letter and follow-up script. Your representative will do a deep dive of research to find the ideal opportunities. You will have the ability to approve these, and will have access to a tracking sheet on Google drive to follow the developments.


And then, the REAL work begins –calling and emailing the target meeting planners and bookers. Your outreach includes 20 hours of service—400 to 500 calls monthly, plus follow-up and filling out Calls for Speakers Forms.

To Qualify You Must:

  • Have a website optimized for speaking
  • Have a sample video speaking in front of a live audience
  • Have your social media positioned for speaking
  • Have your professionally designed speaker one-sheet (or be prepared to work with your rep to secure one)
  • Have one primary subject matter topic, with one or two others as a backup

Your representative will advise on each of these if any of these materials are “not quite ready for prime time."
