I joyfully train, teach, empower, motivate, inspire and speak to various groups of girls and women at retreats, sales trainings, community and corporate events in-person and in teleconferencing formats. My mission: “Empowering women of all ages to enrich, improve and enhance their well-being, personal relationships and professional lives.”

Over the past 20 years, I have joyfully immersed myself in the uplifting of girls and women of all ages.

Although the audience members might have a negative mindset before my presentation, I can empower them to transform to a positive mindset. Through demonstrations, participation, and impactful stories, I explain how thoughts affect their:

I motivate the audience to focus on their thoughts as a strategy for growth and improvement and I outline the steps on how to actually go about achieving this.

Let's Chat...Positivity! Positive thinking is a mental and emotional attitude that focuses on the bright side of life and expects positive results. A person with a positive thinking mentality anticipates happiness, health and success, and believes that he or she can overcome any obstacle and difficulty. I believe that a positive approach to any challenge helps people to work through difficulties and gain a deeper satisfaction with the outcomes, thus leading people to more fulfilling lives and relationships.

Let's Chat...Love and Respect! Along with my husband of over 20 years, I facilitates a Love & Respect video seminar (developed by Dr. Emerson & Sarah Eggerichs) which explores the essential elements of a harmonious marriage. Participants embark on a wonderful adventure concerning the love that a wife desires and the respect that a husband needs.
As couples spend time viewing and discussing the videos, they answer 3 major questions:
*WHY DO WE NEGATIVELY REACT TO EACH OTHER IN MARRIAGE?
*HOW DO I BEST MOTIVATE MY SPOUSE?
*WHAT IF MY SPOUSE DOES NOT RESPOND TO ME?
